Each subsidiary of the Group is a structured reality, with its own identity and entrepreneurial approach, able to propose itself as a focal point for the reference market. Pursuing the concept of One Global Company guided by the mantra "Innovation driven by values", Aetna Group relies on its international network made of more than 100 engineers, joined by another 100 people dedicated to after sales,in order to offer the same quality standard of products and top level services everywhere in the world.

In the production plants, from the initial phase to the finished product, all operation processes are managed with efficiency and flexibility through evolutionary management systems, quality monitoring and production flows. Maximum attention to Lean production techniques, continuous training of specialized staff, constant control of consumption and safety parameters, make all Aetna Group sites evolved and dynamic contexts of lean and fast production.

AETNA GROUP  DEUTSCHLAND
Since 2000, Aetna Deutschland has been providing packaging machinery and end-of-line solutions to one of the most important market in Europe. The subsidiary, based in Stuttgart, is equipped with a 24/7 hotline, and has a nationwide maintenance and service network in order to guarantee the good functioning of the machines. There are about 20 thousand installed machines. Spare parts are shipped from Stuttgart and Italy throughout Europe and the World. At Aetna Deutschland in Stuttgart there is also the Techlab that allows to test and optimize the safety and stability of the packging of the different products.
AETNA GROUP  VOSTOK
Aetna Group Vostok has been operating in Moscow since 2009, serving the Russian market with all the Group's brands: Robopac, Robopac Systems, Robopac Packers, OCME, Sotemapack. Aetna Group Vostok has a team of professionals dedicated to customer assistance and after-sales service. They are close to customers from the initial advice on the best end-of-line solutions to the installation of the machines, up to the resolution of any doubts or needs.
AETNA GROUP  FRANCE
The Aetna France subsidiary was founded in 1991 to ensure the commercial and service activities of the whole range of machines produced by the different entities of the AETNAGROUP group. The commercial organization is composed of two sales poles: - Through a network of resellers for the semiautomatic range, ROBOPAC MACHINERY - Direct sales through the sales team (salesmen, project managers, etc.) for the automatic range PACKERS, SYSTEMS, SOTEMAPACK and OCME. Based in Décines, the subsidiary of 25 employees maintains a stock of more than one hundred machines and more than 4000 spare parts. A local technical team is at the disposal of the sales network and customers to ensure the global after-sales service of the machines (spare parts support, hot line...). 
AETNA GROUP UK 
The Aetna Group's presence in the United Kingdom has been consolidated for over 20 years, with the establishment of a market leadership in the production of automatic stretch wrapping machines and shrink wrapping machines. Following the acquisition of OCME, the UK branch in Bedford has been further strengthened and it is now a reference point for the entire territory. With the support of a team of 50 employees, including specialised engineers located in the main market areas, Aetna Group UK covers the Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical sectors, supplying, installing and servicing the main ranges of packaging solutions. From its headquarters in Bedford, Aetna Group UK is able to provide technical support and spare parts in a timely and efficient manner, taking care of the customer in an optimal and personalized way.
AETNA GROUP IBERICA
After an initial presence in 2000 entrusted to Syntech Technology, in 2015 Aetna Group acquired its majority shares and founded Aetna Group Ibérica, the reference in the packaging industry for Spain and Portugal based in Castellón. In a space of more than 1000 square meters that also includes the original spare parts warehouse, a team of more than 30 employees and a team of specialized technicians provide installation, maintenance and after-sales services. In the Aetna Group Ibérica headquarters there is also a TechLab, the laboratory system that offers added value and guarantees the best level of packaging in terms of safety and raw material optimization.
robopac  BRASIL
In 2015 with the acquisition of the well-known brands IMSB and Rotac, Robopac Brasil was established in Bento Gonçalves, in the State of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil. It is the subsidiary that is dedicated to service but also to the production of complete lines of positioners, filling machines, packers, palletizers and stretch wrappers by Robopac and OCME for the Latin American market. With more than 4000 machines installed in the territory, Robopac Brasil guarantees the best services with a team of more than 150 people. The subsidiary invests in development and training to ensure the best standards of preparation and efficiency.
ocme MEXICO
OCME Mexico, already active since 2009, was born from the need to preside over a thriving and active market that boasts over 700 machines installed in the territory. Thanks to a network of 18 employees, including qualified and constantly trained engineers and technicians, the branch offers assistance and after-sales services to areas of Mexico and Central America such as El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama, Dominican Republic and Cuba. Aetna Group's technologies are used in many different fields: Food & Beverage, Personal Care, Pharmaceuticals, Lubricating Oils, Hygiene, Tissue; the most successful solutions for depalletizing and palletizing (both with traditional and automated technology), packaging (with film, tray+film, pad+film, wraparound), Lube Oil filling machines and LGVs for logistics are used here.
ocme PACIFIC
Located in Bangkok, Thailand since 2014 It is a reference for the South-East Asia and Pacific Area, because it guarantees the best assistance to the group's customers and timely intervention on technological and management needs. OCME Pacific employs a staff of 11 professionals, including technicians and engineers, qualified and constantly trained, to ensure the best service on all the machines of the group; in this way, the branch aims to promote its products and services, exploring new markets and new application areas. Particularly active in Thailand and Indonesia, OCME Pacific presides over the Beverage, Lubricating and Edible Oils, Food and Dairy products sectors where the main technologies concerning wraparound packers, shrinkwrappers, palletizers, stretch wrappers and complete filling lines are successful.
ROBOPAC  USA
Established in 2001, Robopac USA is the North American branch of Robopac, the world’s largest secondary packaging equipment company. It offer the largest line of configurable machinery to stretch wrap, pack, palletize, erect, and seal any product in the food and beverage, personal care, pharmaceutical, dairy, distribution, and most other industries. Robopac USA has over 250 machines in stock at the Atlanta Georgia facility for quick delivery. Most semi-automatic stretch wrappers ship within 48 hours. Robopac USA has over $2M in spare parts with over 90% shipping the same day.
OCME AMERICA
OCME's decades-long presence in the United States originally dates back to 1985.  In over 35 years of presence, OCME has conquered the main North American industries with its technologies and today it count more than 450 units installed. With the support of competent and constantly trained technicians and engineers from the headquarters, OCME America provides qualified after-sales assistance and also offers spare parts service for existing machines. The positive feedback from the American market is a continuous stimulus for the American branch, which has set itself new and continuous objectives: increasing direct and indirect sales activities on strategic technologies, strengthening the staff of the After Sales department with increasingly competent professionals and optimising the stock of spare parts to cover the areas of the USA, Canada, Puerto Rico and Trinidad Tobago.
ocme SOUTH AFRICA
The presence of Robopac and OCME as leaders in the packaging industry for the South African market owes much to the subsidiary OCME South Africa, a reference point that was already active in 2008 thanks to the collaboration that OCME set up with the local Millchem as exclusive agency for the sub-Saharan market. Since then, the development of the business and the growing demand for packaging solutions grew steadily and consolidated. In fact, in 2013 OCME South Africa was established.Today, the South African branch, based in Johannesburg, is operative with 7 employees both in the local areas and in the neighbouring countries, offering prompt and effective technical support and After Sales Services, which makes it possible to guarantee the high quality standards that distinguish all Aetna Group machinery and systems.
ROBOPAC CHINA
Aetna China has been established in 2012 in order to better provide a full range of services to Chinese customers. The sales staff of the subsidiary provide distributors and end customers with professional pre-sales technical consultation, support in the selection of suitable models, and various business cooperation plans. After-sales service personnel can provide timely after-sales service to avoid service delays caused by distance, language or time difference. The local spare parts warehouse helps in minimizing the long awaiting period of purchased spare parts and ensuring the continuous operation of customers' machines. Finally a local Showroom with several machines models allows customers to get close to the machine and test products.
OCME  CHINA
OCME's activitiy in China began in 1979, with the work of a local agent. It was further consolidated in 2006 with the inauguration of OCME Jiaxing, in the province of Zehjiang in the Popular Republic of China. Since then, the Chinese branch has grown considerably, with more than 1000 machines installed in the area and serving leading companies in the Beverage, Food, Lube and Edible Oil, Personal Care and Liquid Detergents industries. With a workforce of over 100 employees and an annual turnover of over CNY 100 million, one of OCME Jiaxing's objectives is to produce fully automatic and advanced end-of-line packaging machines for the local market, becoming the leading supplier in China of end-of-line packaging machines for PET, cans and glass lines, with an efficient and punctual sales and after-sales service for all OCME technologies in China, both produced locally and made in Italy. OCME also sets up its training and support center for Asia Pacific countries in its Chinese headquarters, being closer to local markets according to a One Global Company policy with a strong glocal component.
