ANIS, CSdL and CDLS, in partnership with the San Marino High School and Robopac (Aetna Group), have conceived and organised the 2025 edition of “Vivere l'azienda”, an initiative aimed at bringing the worlds of school and work closer together.

As with the three previous editions, the project involves students in the fifth year at the Business and Economics School and aims to stimulate students' knowledge, skills and attitudes through direct interaction with expert trainers as well as consultants. This year, students will be divided into working groups and will be asked to implement and develop one of the predefined business models. In fact, the main objective will be to immerse the students in the context of a structured company, in order to foster a practical understanding of the subjects tackled during school. Through a real simulation of different company roles, students will experience the development of organisational skills (team coordination), result orientation, problem solving and interpersonal skills (empathy), information gathering and management.

The programme was launched this morning, 10 February, with a visit to Robopac Machinery, the group's first business unit, established in 1984 in the Republic of San Marino and dedicated to the development of packaging technologies for stretch film wrapping. The students were welcomed to the Gualdicciolo plant by Aetna Group President, Alfredo Aureli, and Robopac Machinery and Robopac Systems Operations Director, Alessandro Manduchi. Here, accompanied by company managers, they visited the various departments and became familiar with the numerous industrial processes present in a large company. While these processes are very different, they are also related to each other. In fact, the purpose of the company visit was also to provide the students with this awareness, so that they could better immerse themselves in a structured business environment without focusing solely on production or marketing, for example.

The training course will run from Monday 24 February to Friday 28 February, coordinated as always by Roberto Parma and developed by the teachers at INforma, the ANIS division that deals with corporate training. Lessons will be held in the course room at the ANIS headquarters, which for the occasion will make available an ad hoc equipped workshop to simulate corporate activities together with the various teachers called upon to guide the students from corporate strategy to organisational development, to operation management and corporate sustainability, up to the negotiation phases between buyers and sellers. At the end of the course, the students involved will present the business projects developed during the various training sessions to their colleagues in Class IV. This is therefore a tremendous opportunity for the students to consolidate the learning they have acquired during their school career, experiencing it by means of innovative methodology. This is a tangible sign of the organisers' desire to promote an up-to-date and suitable work and business culture, providing new resources and opportunities for innovation in the San Marino school system.
