Four outstanding Robopac professionals have been awarded the prestigious ‘Stella al Merito del Lavoro’ (Star of Labour Merit) on 5 December: Silvia Rossi, Massimo Bertozzi, Ivan Fabbri and Manuele Rinaldi. Their careers and unwavering commitment have distinguished them over the years in the service of the Aetna Group, culminating in this prestigious and symbolic achievement.

The award ceremony was held in the majestic Aula Magna Santa Lucia of the Alma Mater in Bologna for all awardees from the Emilia-Romagna Region, at the same time in the other regional venues and at the Quirinale Palace, in the presence of the President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella.

They were therefore awarded the title of ‘Maestri del Lavoro’ (Masters of Labour), an honour established by royal decree in 1923 and celebrating its centenary this year. This honour has always been intended as recognition for those who have distinguished themselves for extraordinary merits in terms of skill, industriousness and moral conduct. In particular, it is awarded to those who have contributed inventions or innovations in the technical and production fields, perfected safety measures in the workplace and dedicated themselves to training new generations in the professional field.

These four 'Masters of Labour' are therefore a source of legitimate pride for Robopac and for the entire Group, which has always been attentive to the wellbeing of its employees and to the promotion of a work environment where a passion for excellence is cultivated and valued, as demonstrated by the prestigious achievement of Silvia, Ivan, Massimo and Manuele.
