The Aetna Group continues to demonstrate that it is an innovative driver in the end-of-line and logistics sector with its participation at LogiMAT 2025: the leading trade fair for intralogistics and process management, to be held in Stuttgart from 11 to 13 March at the Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre. An exclusive meeting for industry professionals in a booming market where automation and innovation play an increasingly important role.

At Stand 8F51 - Hall 8, the Aetna Group will present its wide range of solutions dedicated to wrapping, internal logistics and palletising, confirming its position as a benchmark for efficiency, reliability and its ability to respond to specific requests.

One of the leading technologies on show is the Helix 3 EVO automatic rotary arm wrapping machine, equipped with the revolutionary TOP INSIDE covering device and the NO TOUCH - NO TAIL film holding and fixing system. The latter technology allows the film to be sealed onto a contrast, without contact with the product, guaranteeing optimal fixation (even for irregularly shaped loads) and eliminating end-of-wrapping tails, which can be potentially problematic for automated warehouses typical of logistics centres.

The Helix 3 EVO also stands out on account of its versatility. It can be integrated with floor or elevated conveyors for loading and unloading with any handling equipment, from transpallets to forklifts and AGV systems. For applications in low temperature environments, a special kit is available for operation down to -25°C. In addition, the machine's pre-stretch carriage can use PCR (post-consumer recycle) or coreless (without cardboard core) film reels, thereby contributing to environmental sustainability.

Under its flagship brand OCME, the Group also offers advanced solutions for end-of-line logistics management. These include the LGVs from the Auriga series, designed to transfer pallets from the end-of-line to the warehouse efficiently, thanks to advanced software that supervises missions and integrates seamlessly with customers' ERP systems.

A significant new development this year is the introduction of the laser-guided shuttles from the Auriga ATL series, which enable the automatic loading of trucks, providing a further step towards intelligent automation and optimisation of logistics flows.

The offer at LogiMAT will be complemented by the services of TechLab, the most advanced research laboratory system in the packaging industry. Thanks to specific packaging and handling tests, the TechLab enables scientific verification of the effectiveness of packaging systems for palletised loads. All this aims at finding the optimal solution to ensure that each product arrives at its destination perfectly intact and with the least amount of film consumption.

Thanks to a worldwide network of laboratories - including the Stuttgart facility - the company offers customers the opportunity to carry out on-demand testing both during the trade fairand also afterwards, guaranteeing customised, high-performance solutions for every need.

With its participation at LogiMAT 2025, the company is not only showcasingcutting-edge technologies, but also its vision of complete customisation of services. This approach creates the optimal conditions to sustain competitiveness and ensure full customer satisfaction, by expertly addressing market challenges.
