Aetna Group is participating in K 2025, the world’s leading triennial trade fair dedicated to the plastics and rubber industry. The event is taking place in Düsseldorf, Germany, from 8 to 15 October. The Group will be present in Hall 13, Stand C28, with two ideal solutions for the industry: Robot S7, Robopac’s high-performance self-propelled stretch wrapping machine, and Horizontal Stretch Wrapping by Sotemapack, an automatic horizontal system for four-sided wrapping of long, flat, or bulky products.
Participation in the trade fair is part of a strategy to maintain a strong presence at major international events, offering innovative and flexible technologies that are increasingly focused on sustainability. Aetna Group positions itself as a comprehensive partner for all the end-of-line stages in terms of automation and internal logistics. This is thanks to a wide-ranging and integrated offering that spans from stand-alone solutions to tailor-made automated systems.
Robot S7 is one of the highest-performing self-propelled wrapping machines on the market. Designed to wrap and stabilise palletised loads of any shape, size, and weight, it uses stretch film. Furthermore, it integrates the patented Power Drive system with brushless motorisation. As a result, film tension can be controlled extremely precisely and perfect pre-stretching can be achieved, resulting in efficiencies in material consumption and energy savings. Ergonomics and ease of operation are ensured by the ILS (Insertion Lift System), which enables fast and intuitive film loading by opening the carriage. With the ability to operate in complex industrial environments and enhanced working autonomy, Robot S7 is a versatile and highly reliable solution. It is also suitable for intermittent productions or non-linear layouts.
The Horizontal Stretch Wrapping system by Sotemapack is a technology designed for automatic horizontal wrapping of long, flat, or bulky products. The four-sided wrapping technique, achieved through orbital rotation, ensures uniform and stable protection, even for irregular loads and delicate materials. The machine is engineered to support high production volumes at elevated rotation speeds, offering seamless and uninterrupted productivity. It is an ideal solution for sectors such as construction, technical components, panels, and industrial products, where product configurations and protection requirements necessitate flexible, automated, and safe solutions. In addition to reducing manual handling, this technology increases overall line efficiency by safeguarding products during transportation and storage.
With this choice of technology, Aetna Group reaffirms its commitment to developing solutions that combine innovation, sustainability, and operational simplicity. Participation in K 2025 represents a valuable opportunity for dialogue with key players in the plastics and rubber industries. All this within an international context that has always been an inspiration for new trends and innovations.
