The biennial exhibition dedicated to the furniture industry and woodworking technologies returns to Fiera Milano-Rho from 12 to 15 October. This edition, after a 4-year of forced stop, will bring together more than 200 exhibitors on an area of about 34.000 square metres.
Robopac Machinery, a leader in the design and construction of packaging machinery, is getting ready for this important event by deploying solutions designed to ensure maximum safety at every stage of handling and optimisation of the entire production flow.

First of all Orbit R13: the rotating ring machine with spiral wrapping with stretch film, ideal for wrapping large materials thanks to its large ring diameter and compactness.
Together with the Orbit R13, Robopac Machinery offers Pluripac 2000, the automatic cold wrapping device with bubble wrap reels, foam or polyethylene film for an even stronger product protection. With a reel length of 2000 mm, this solution is perfect for products in the furniture industry and can be configured in various ways to suit different requirements. At the booth the manual impulse Pluripac version is also available, and it will be integrated with a second horizontal wrapping machine: Compacta 6, highly appreciated for its flexibility, reliability and compactness.
In order to complete the Robopac Machinery's technological offer at Xylexpo 2022, there will be two more machines, designed to wrap and stabilise loads of various sizes and weights. Robot S7, the self-propelled machine with a high wrapping autonomy, and Rotoplat 508, a turntable for vertical wrapping, equipped with a particularly high-performance pre-stretching carriage and control panel.
Finally, those who require maximum productivity will find the fastest solution on the market for spiral wrapping of products with stretch film on display: this is the Spiror range with machine model 400, ideal for products with mainly length development.
