Aetna Group USA is preparing to showcase its latest innovations at the NPE Plastics Show 2024, America's premier plastics industry trade show and one of the world's most innovative events for plastics companies.

The event is scheduled from 6 to 10 May 2024, at the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando (FL).

At the Group's stand (Booth S19114), which will cover an area of approximately 85 square metres, visitors will have the opportunity to discover the most cutting-edge solutions in the industry. Among the machines on display will be the Sotemapack Spiror BW 2200 and Robot S7, two solutions that, although different, represent the epitome of efficiency and innovation in packaging and automation, positioning themselves as ideal technologies for the American market.

The first is the automatic orbital winder designed to wrap small loads on four sides. It protects sharp edges, stabilises product loads and protects goods thanks to a fast and reliable stretch film wrapping system.

Robot S7, known for its high packaging autonomy and great flexibility, is built to wrap and stabilise palletised loads of any shape, size and weight using stretch film. Thanks to the innovative easy film insertion system (ILS) through the opening of the carriage and the Power Drive technology with brushless motorisation, it is possible to control the film with extreme precision, guaranteeing perfect pre-stretching and minimising film and energy consumption.
