Aetna Group will be present at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025
with a smart and efficient end-of-line solution by Robopac

Aetna Group will be among the featured exhibitors at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025. This is the most significant event for the food and beverage industry in the MENA region, scheduled in Dubai from 4 to 6 November. The group will showcase its products in Sheikh Saeed Hall, stand S2-C50, with end-of-line solutions from Robopac: the self-propelled stretch wrapping machine Robot S7, the semi-automatic Masterplat wrapping machine, and the compact Ecoplat Plus

Aetna Group, increasingly present in expanding markets with a complete range dedicated to end-of-line processes, continues to prioritise efficiency, ease of use, and sustainability. The exhibition, a strategic showcase for the food industry, reaffirms itself as a platform to highlight the versatility of Robopac technologies. This is even in the most dynamic and diverse production environments.

Robot S7 is one of the most advanced self-propelled wrapping machines on the market. Designed to wrap and stabilise palletised loads of any shape, size, and weight, it uses stretch film. Furthermore, it integrates the patented Power Drive system with brushless motorisation, for precise control of pre-stretch and significant optimisation of material consumption. Operational ergonomics is ensured by the ILS (Insertion Lift System), which allows quick and intuitive film insertion. The machine delivers high performance even in limited spaces or under complex logistics conditions, always maintaining high reliability.

In addition to the Robot S7, the Masterplat Plus PGS will also be on display. This is a semi-automatic turntable wrapping machine with a built-in pre-stretch system. Thanks to the loading ramp and a 30 mm base, the Masterplat is a benchmark for ease of access, safety, and versatility. The control panel allows simple and intuitive programming, making this machine ideal for companies seeking high performance while maintaining ease of operation. Operational efficiency is complemented by optimised film consumption management, thereby making the production process more sustainable.

With its presence at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025, Aetna Group confirms its commitment to supporting food & beverage companies with practical, high-performing, and scalable solutions. These systems provide a solution to diverse needs with user-friendly and robust technologies ready for process digitalisation
