Fruit Logistica, one of the world's leading events in the fruit and vegetable industry, promises an edition full of novelties and innovations starting with the number of visitors expected to exceed 63,000. The event is scheduled from 7 to 9 February 2024 at Messe Berlin, and will be attended by leading companies in the industry, including Robopac Machinery (Hall 6.1 Stand A42).
This year the focus is on the latest trends and developments in the sustainable supply chain, a topic of growing importance in the fruit and vegetable industry. Robopac Machinery will therefore be at the forefront of presenting solutions and technologies that aim at reducing the impact of the entire production chain while implementing production efficiency.
With a constant presence at this landmark exhibition and under the leadership of Aetna Group, a leading group in end-of-line solutions, the Robopac Machinery division, which has been producing and marketing stretch film wrapping packaging technology since 1984, will present five key solutions for the fruit and vegetable market.
Starting with Robot S7, a self-propelled machine that wraps and stabilises palletised loads of all shapes, sizes and weights. Equipped with an independent dual-motor pre-stretch carriage and flawless control of film utilisation, this technology guarantees low material and energy consumption.
Another proposal is the Combitech 5845, the shrink-wrapping machine suitable for packaging various products. Precise and versatile, it offers practicality and safety of use for the operator and these are the features that determine its competitive advantage and strong production adaptability.
For the stabilisation of particularly unstable loads, Robopac offers the Masterwrap HD Plus XL, a semi-automatic wrapping machine with a rotary arm that ensures maximum protection of the packaging during transport.
Also on show is an intelligent solution for closing and sealing packaging, Robotape M: a family of high-performance side-driving taping machines for closing fixed-format cases.
Finally, the Rotoplat 308 LP, the automatic rotary table for wrapping products vertically with stretch film and a thin base. Thanks to the reduced dimensions of the new ramps, it is a space saving solution. It facilitates loading operations and avoids accidental collisions with the forks of the forklift.
