After the delay caused by the Covid-19 emergency, Fruit Logistica finally reopens its doors to its international audience: appointment from 5 to 7 April 2022 at the Expo Center City in Berlin for what is considered the most important international trade fair for fruit and vegetables in the world.
With an annual attendance of over 3,300 exhibitors and more than 72,000 visitors from all over the world, Fruit Logistica is the strategic meeting point for customers and business partners of the fruit and vegetable industry, providing a comprehensive overview of innovations, solutions and services for the entire supply chain. To further facilitate the exchange, the exhibition halls will be divided by countries and product sectors (fresh produce, technical systems, logistics and services), thus supporting the development of supply chain synergies.
In this context, therefore, Robopac will be present with a dedicated stand where the most relevant semi-automatic packaging solutions of the Robopac Machinery brand will be displayed. In fact, the food sector is of primary interest for Aetna Group and for the companies of the Group, which have always dedicated resources and investments in Research & Development to optimize their technologies and make them tailor-made to the needs of the market.
By bringing technologies for the wrapping of goods, their packaging and the compaction of waste materials to Germany, Robopac aims to guarantee all visitors a real full immersion in the world of palletizing, packaging and logistics.
There you will find Robot S7, the new range of self-propelled packaging devices with high packaging autonomy and working flexibility, generated by a safety system designed in-house by the company. Its stretch film can wrap and stabilize palletized loads of any shape, size and weight, guaranteeing perfect pre-stretching and avoiding film waste.
Next up is Wrapman, the manual wrapping machine, which is easy and light to use, and Masterwrap HD Plus XL, a semi-automatic machine equipped with a rotating arm for stabilizing unstable and heavy loads.
Always in the perspective of wrapping, there will also be Rotoplat LP, the range of rotary table machines with basement and reduced thickness. The latter technology was developed to avoid frequent and accidental collisions with forklift forks and to facilitate the loading of goods.
As far as packaging is concerned, on the other hand, the Combitech 5845 shrink wrapping machine offers versatility and precision in packaging the various items, as well as practicality and safety of use for the operator. Characteristics that determine its competitive advantage and strong production adaptability.
Attention to the environment and eco-friendly solutions is central to the development of Aetna Group's technologies: this is why Recycling, a cutting-edge solution for waste compaction and disposal that drastically reduces the volume of packaging waste materials, will be present at the exhibition.
