Aetna Group has announced its first ever participation at FoodEx 2025 - the flagship event for food and beverage processing, packaging and sales professionals - which will be held at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham from 7-9 April

Located at stand E38, the company continues to strengthen its presence in the UK market, reinforcing its commitment to the food & beverage sector.

With around 30,000 visitors expected and over 1,500 exhibitors, FoodEx is an important showcase for the UK food industry, a highly productive market worth an estimated 112 billion pounds.

The event is divided into four thematic areas taking place simultaneously: Foodex Manufacturing Solutions, Food & Drink Expo, Farm Shop & Deli Show and National Convenience Show, which collectively encompass all the branches of the industry, from food development to manufacturing, from hospitality to specialised retail, from wholesale distribution to food service.

The UK subsidiary Aetna Group UK has been operating in the Great Britain for many years and will be exhibiting two of its most popular solutions at the fair: The Robot S7, a self-propelled robot used for stretch film packaging, which can wrap and stabilise palletised loads of any shape, size and weight; and the Robotape, a taping machine with side driving for sealing fixed format cases. All visitors will also be able to consult Robopedia on touch screen monitors.

Foodex is a steadily growing event focused on a strategic sector in which Aetna Group is investing heavily through acquisitions and new product development. The company aims to be the ideal technology partner for end-of-line solutions and internal logistics, focusing on automation, technological innovation and targeted responses to specific industry needs.
