Aetna Group takes the spotlight at Fachpack with three cutting-edge machines by Robopac and Meypack
Fachpack - the European trade fair for packaging, technology, and processes - is considered a central meeting point for experts who wish to exchange information on the latest trends and the most advanced innovative solutions.
Scheduled in Nuremberg from 23 to 25 September 2025, the event expects more than 37,000 visitors from various industrial sectors, alongside nearly 1,500 exhibitors from around the world.
Aetna Group has reserved a space of over 100 m² in Hall 3C | Stand 330 to showcase three high-performance technologies. These include the fully automatic Helix 4 Evo rotary arm wrapping machine by Robopac; the FW horizontal wrapping machine by Meypack; and, in the field of sack closing technology, a taping and sealing machine for paper bags from the FTS series, also by Meypack.
The automatic Helix 4 Evo wrapping machine stands out for its high efficiency and outstanding production performance. The innovative Easy-Lock system allows wrapping film to be reduced to a rope and placed on the pallet without the need for a lifter. Cube Level 1 technology's intelligent film management (variable film pre-stretch and application tension with two motors) minimises film consumption while improving transport stability and safety. The integrated troubleshooting system in the HMI assists the operator step-by-step with images, explanations, and instructions, allowing rapid problem resolution and minimal downtime.
The FW horizontal wrapping machine with stretch film from Meypack operates with maximum efficiency while using the least amount of resources. It is the ideal packaging solution for the transportation of frozen foods and other products in folding cartons or cardboard in the bag sealing technology sector. The second featured machine, from the FTS (Fold, Tape, Seals) series, is for taping and sealing paper bags.
With 60 years of experience in bag closing technologies, Meypack’s solutions incorporate distinctive features. These include gentle wrapping (validated by tests conducted at Aetna Group’s TechLab); an easy-to-open design that makes packages easily accessible at the point of sale without tools; as well as energy-efficient operation, with the option to combine it with a carton wrapping module.
Fachpack provides not only the opportunity to see a paper bag taping and sealing machine in action, but also the chance to receive information from specialised staff about other processes such as continuous sealing.
