To strengthen our HR department, we are looking for a HR Business Partner with development prospects (m/f/d) in Nottuln-Appelhülsen near Münster.

To ensure the sustainable development of our HR work, we are looking for an experienced professional to join us as a Senior HR Business Partner. In this role, you will take on a key strategic HR function at the site. You will act as a sparring partner to the management and senior executives, combining strategic HR work with a sound operational understanding, and actively contribute to the further development of our HR structures in both a national and international context.


Your responsibilities will include:


Strategic HR Business Partner role


·Comprehensive advice and support for the management team and executives on all HR, organisational and employment law matters

·Actively shaping organisational, cultural and leadership development processes

·Acting as a sparring partner on an equal footing on topics such as leadership, performance, collaboration, workforce planning and change management

·Trust-based collaboration with internal stakeholders and the works council

·Support for growth, change and restructuring processes at the site


HR strategy, processes & development


·Further development and safeguarding of future-proof HR structures, processes and guidelines

·Responsibility for the standardisation, digitalisation and professionalisation of the HR landscape

·Leading and contributing to strategic HR projects (e.g. HR processes, systems, staff development, employer branding)

·Contributing to succession, talent and staff development programmes

·Salary review and compensation & benefits

·Incentive (MBO’s) and commissions plan

·Organizational chart, job description and job titles

·Skill matrix and development program


Recruitment, Training & Employer Attractiveness


·Strategic responsibility for recruitment across the entire end-to-end process

·Further development of modern recruitment strategies, active sourcing approaches and employer branding measures

·Ensuring professional onboarding and a positive candidate experience

·Management and further development of vocational training (technical & commercial), including training marketing and external partnerships


HR Controlling & International Liaison


·Establishment, maintenance and further development of meaningful HR metrics, reports and dashboards

·Contributing to personnel cost, budget and forecast planning

·Deriving well-founded recommendations for action for the executive board and management

·Close collaboration with the AETNA Group’s Head Office HR team in the role of a local HR Business Partner

·Regular coordination with Head Office Controlling regarding key performance indicators, budgets and HR standards


Organizaton reporting


·The HRBP will reports directly to the CEO of Meypack

·The HR Department reports to the HRBP

Your profile:

·Completed vocational training/degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on HR, Business Administration, Business Psychology or a related field

·Several years’ relevant professional experience in a senior HR role with a strong business partner approach

·Proven experience in advising and supporting executives and senior management

·Excellent knowledge of employment and co-determination law

·Experience in medium-sized, manufacturing or internationally connected companies is an advantage

·Analytical thinking, strategic strength and, at the same time, a strong hands-on approach

·Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, assertiveness and empathy

·Excellent written and spoken German and English
