AETNA GROUP commits to pursuing quality as a key aspect for customer satisfaction.
ROBOPAC, in 1997, obtained certification for its Quality System from Cermet, according to the ISO 9001 standard, which was later re-confirmed.
In 2003, TÜV ITALIA acknowledged ROBOPAC SISTEMI's organisation compliance with the 9001 ISO standard concerning the designing, manufacturing, installation and maintenance of packaging machines.
The German branch AETNA DEUTSCHLAND GmbH also obtained the certification for its Quality System from TÜV Rheinland, according to the 9001 ISO standard in 2008.
In 2010, AETNA GROUP S.p.A obtained the 9001 ISO certification, taking over the DIMAC brand, besides the ROBOPAC SISTEMI commercial brand. In this way, it widened its scope of application, adding the packaging process with heat-shrink film and cartoning machines to the packaging process with stretchable film.
A remarkable and challenging goal has been reached when the company obtained the tough SMETA certification (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit). The audit was particularly strict and assessed ROBOPAC SISTEMI, DIMAC AND PRASMATIC on the basis of four important company elements: Labour Standard; Health & Safety; Environment & Business Integrity; conformity of conditions and working practices in relation to the Ethical Trading Initiative.
In 2012, AETNA GROUP implemented another very important project with Porsche Consulting: a project for the production streamlining and constant improvement of efficiency throughout all company processes. These elements now enable the Group to qualify as a reliable and trustworthy partner for business development.
